They do smell good! Kinda smells like a cross between light vanilla scent mixed with baby powder. My little girls loves their smell and so do I.

Q: Does it say Parker anywhere on it or come in a box saying it’s name is Parker?

The hang tag says Parker the Puppy.

Q: Does it come with a birth certificate

The 2 we bought did not. I was kind of disappointed about that.
