These tablets are very convenient and easier to use than the powder form. However, I do seem to get a better result with the powder for some strange reason. The tablets can be broken in half if theyre too long for one to swallow. But READ THE DIRECTIONS!! YOU MUST DRINK AT LEAST 8 OUNCES OF WATER IMMEDIATELY AFTER SWALLOWED!!! - Not "yelling" at anyone - my kid tells me that's what caps mean these days in texts, lol. I'm merely using caps so no one misses this very important detail!! Fiber caps expand and turn into a jelly-like substance in the gut. If enough water isn't consumed, choking can result. So just be cautious & follow the instructions on the label. It must be water, soda & energy drinks etc won't do the trick! Stay safe! Former Hospital Pharmacy employee.

Pleasant orange taste. Dissolves well, even in cold water. I use auto fill and this is cheaper than in the store. Will definitely keep getting this item.

Product didn't not work for me. But through tech support they sent me a gift card for my troubles & filling out a form. Some products just don't work with some people. They stand behind their products though and refunded me . So I feel they are a reputable company.
