This Probiotic & Prebiotic Dietary Supplement from SHINYAlab is an innovative product containing a broad spectrum of beneficial probiotics and prebiotics for the gut and overall immune system. The ingredients are all botanical and non-GMO which makes it a great choice for long-term use. I take two capsules daily (as suggested) and I have noticed an improvement in my digestion as well as a better sleep at night. The KINKATSU blend is a novel combination of some plant-based compounds in addition to probiotics and prebiotics. The powders in capsules have a grayish color which is different from other probiotics that I have consumed so far (mostly with white color).I am planning to order some other products from SHINYAlab for experiencing their effects on digestion and overall mood. I only wish that the price was a bit more affordable, especially for those who are going to consume one bottle per month!

Great probiotic.Got me back on track in 2 days after an awful one took me down.I've had a colon resection so a good probiotic is the difference between a good day & a bad week.Shiny Lab's Probiogenic requires 2 capsules to the bottle's one month supply.It's very similar, in my experience, to Andrew Lessman's which you only take 1@ & 2 month.My go to is Multiform's Deep Immune ProB 2@ & 2 month.I plateau after a few months so rotate others before I circle back.Shiny Lab would go on my Top 3, although it is the priciest.Without a good one, I'm in pain for days so price point becomes relative to need.As Probiotics were a hard to find pandemic item, grateful for a reliable, quick back up.

I've been using these supplements for about a week. I'm using them in conjunction with the Shinyalab Binchotan cleanse. I saw the effects within just several hours. I have all sorts of digestive issues that I don't want to get in to here, but I was comfortable within a day-- no bloating, no adverse effects. Just total normalcy. There was no period of time I had to wait for these to work. I took them on day one, and by day two, I felt perfectly normal.Fantastic product. Different ingredients than what I've tried in the past but the results were successful, the effects gentle and I honestly felt fantastic. Every day has been improved since starting these.
