1. Grab a small paint brush and brush on the white liquid on part of the shoe you want white. 2. Get plastic wrap and wrap it over the part you put the liquid on so the liquid doesn't evaporate. 3. Put shoe that is wrapped out in the sun for 2 hours. 4. unwrap and wash off the gel with water or at least wipe off with wet towel before using.
