Heavy, Sturdy, Great Value
Compared to a lot of other options out there the cost of this was awesome. I was a little worried it wouldn’t be a sturdy piece because of it. But nope! Seems very sturdy like it won’t break or bend anytime soon! So very happy with this purchase.

Great addition to the gym
Great addition to my gym. Great quality. Very heavy. The price was great too. Great for triceps and bi's as well. No complaints with this attachment. I alternate between the rope and this.
