These are perfect minimal rain boots! They are flexible. The insert is easy to remove if you want to use your own or if you like a more minimal feel. Also there is no fabric lining, so they dry easier if they get wet inside. I bought a size bigger as I use big warm socks and found the fit perfect, however I have narrow feet and small calves. So if your feet are wide or larger calves I would size up more.

Ordered a size up and wear with thick wool socks for short periods of time in winter snow, slush and rain. They pull on and off easily and keep my feet dry. They also fold up easily and can pack in a small space. They are useful to travel with and can suffice for a variety of conditions. Comfortable and stylish. Works for me like a good spare tire you can depend on in a pinch. Very pleased.

These are perfect for me! The calf fits well, and the drawstring on the top couldn’t have been more well thought out. We have land in VA that is quite wild. I’m constantly being exposed to poison ivy, poison oak and two types of ticks ( confirmed to carry Lyme Disease- ask my husband about that). These boots are thin enough to be able to feel the terrain but great protection against mud, vines and bugs! Thank you for these boots! Note: For those who find these boots too thin on the bottom there are tons of great insoles that will slip right into these boots. Problem solved!

When my old weeklies went missing I was sad , to say the least, so I grieved , then I shopped, and I bought these. I have worn them for one whole day ! I love them . They fit like my favorite moccasins! They are squishy and appear to have no seams , we shall see . I intend to wear them predominantly for the next few months , as it is the season , if they are other than five star hopefully I will check back in! Have a lovely day .
