Hello Daniel, You will find similar exercises in the "Essential book", "Intermediate Reformer" and Advanced Reformer" and some different. If you have a basic knowledge of Pilates you would be find purchasing only this book.

No. It does not. Only reformer exercises

The Reformer manuals do not contain exercises using the Padded Platform Extender. These modifications are covered in the Intensive Reformer or Comprehensive Matwork & Reformer Instructor Training Courses
