Question 1

I am unable to find the type of teat available with this package. Is it fast flow?

Accepted Answer

The flow is not that fast..we used it on our 3 weeks old baby..sometimes we extract breastmilk using an electric pump and we bottle feed it... we tired different bottles but of all the bottle for a 3 weeks old baby this is the best...no spills not like other bottle..and its nipple is soft.. my complain is bit hard to put the colar and nipple..if u dont put it corectly it leaks..

Question 2

What is the difference between wide and standard mouth opening? Thank you.

Accepted Answer

Hi Wason! Thank you for asking! Hegen bottles are approximately 2.5in wide (bottle opening) compared to standard neck bottles (small opening) which is approximately at 1.5in. Even other bottles with wide openings are approximately only at 2in wide. The benefit of Hegen being wide opening is that it is easier to clean with either your hand or even brushes. On top of that, Hegens shape allows us to be stackable versus what is currently available in market (: I hope this has helped answer your question!

Question 3

where it is made?

Accepted Answer

Manufactured in Malaysia and the company is from Singapore

Question 4

Will you have the 8oz bottle with medium flow teats in stock soon?

Accepted Answer

Hello! Thank you so much for your inquiry (: Our replenishment shipment was given an estimated arrival in mid of November to arrive to our third party logistic. The day it's received, we will need to process it to be shipped to Amazon's fulfillment center. I think in order to make it available quickly, I'll make it available as a Fulfilled by Merchant first so unfortunately PRIME shipping would not be available. If you'd like, feel free to email me at dora.law@hegen.com as once the shipment arrives, I'll be sending email blasts as an update. On another note, there's a lot of new items coming in this shipment! New colored lids, a new gift set and more :D!
