VIZIO 43” Class FHD (1080P) Smart LED TV D43fx-F4 (Renewed)

Tv arrived with a small crack in screen but amazon was quick about getting it replaced it has a great picture and durable remote control i was very pleased thanks

This is the worst tv. It’s difficult, it’s slow and it doesn’t function well. I was excited to get it because I have an older Vizio tv that works very well, excellent picture, and I thought this was absolutely going to be an upgrade to the one I already have.Right now, I’m staring at a blank screen. The home menu comes on when it feels like it. When I turn the unit off at night, there are times it’ll turn back on by itself two and three times. Just a lot of unnecessary work and hoop jumping with this tv.I tried to give it a shot, but it absolutely must go back, it’s just a headache. But a different tv.

I purchased a “renewed” (aka refurbished) unit but it arrived with a large crack in the screen. I returned it for a replacement which also arrived with a large crack. I would opt for a new unit only if you’re considering this tv.

TV was delivered screen damage. Looked properly and securely packaged with no visible damage to the box done in transit. Uncertain how it happened. I've requested a replacement and don't knock the company for the error. Just an unfortunate happenstance.With the being said, the box did not contain the screws for the wall mount. Someone had suggested in the Q&A portion of this page that the TV comes with wall mount screws and/or a mount would come them. My mount is set for my old Vizio TV that I am replacing. I wouldn't have the screws but not only that, I'm doubting TV mounts come with Vizio specific size screws.At any rate, the screws size is M4. Attached photo should be the proper specs.

A day after I received this TV, the sound stops working.I can get the sound back by turning off the TV and back on again.Sometimes the TV dies and shuts off.I tried working a return of this TV with the seller "Good as New Electronics".They will take it back but I have to pay for shipping and boxing: the originalbox was in bad shape and I have since discarded it.I refuse to pay the shipping so I am working this with Amazon to see what they will do.I will follow up on this "story" once Amazon replies to my complaint.

I'd like if it wasn't broken before I opened it. Screen is cracked and the box was not new nor the contents inside. No stand plus the remote has sticky stiff on the back of it

Screen malfunctioned from day one. We unboxed the tv to find there was a line across one third of the screen with picture distortion and discoloration. Very disappointing.
