Are there two pans? what are the sizes of each?

Yes, there are 2 pans...one is 12" & one is a little over 10"....they are definitely non-stick!!! & they clean up really easy....we had tried that brand at the timeshare but couldn't get exactly the same pan on amazon so I got these....super happy I did!!!

Can you use these to pan fry with no oil?

You can use these pans to fry certain foods without fat, but, for best results, we do recommend using some kind of cooking oil. An empty or nearly empty pan can also overheat a lot quicker, which can be very damaging to the nonstick coating.

Why can't you use spray oil on them? Does that mean no oil or butter either?

You do not want to use non-stick sprays because the sprays will eventually create a coating on the pan that defeats the non-stick coating of the pan itself.
