Q: Can this power supply turn on another power supply?

This power supply can't even turn on itself. I have had 2 in a row show up DOA. 1st time I was provided a replacement, which arrived DOA. Had to use a spare which I had in reserve. Until I receive a replacement or support I cannot recommend this product.

Q: How many molex conectors does this psu have and sata conectors,,,,,,,,also will this work with an older pc

Yes, as long as you are using a standard ATX/MATX Motherboard you should not have any problems.

Bronze. Its not bad for the price but its more for cosmetics. I got 2.5 years out of mine
