No description as to how this comes out of the bottle - is it a pump?

It is a pump. This is an amazing eye cream. It smoothed out my skin above my eye so that I did NOT need surgery which they would have cut my sagging skin. I NO longer have sagging skin thanks to this cream. I tried dozens of other eye creams and they did NOT smooth my sagging skin.
