Q: Does this feel sticky or flake once applied to your hair?

No however I would suggest rinsing/washing your hair every couple of days so that residue doesn’t build up. If that happens after applying product day after day you will find it be becomes flaky.

Q: what is the different between curling Jelly and coil Defining Jelly?

I purchase this by mistake. The textures & colors are different. This clear, very thick gel did nothing to control the frizz in my 3a/b hair. I returned to the curling jelly.

Q: i have finer hair with 2c/3a curls.. would you recommend this product? or is it too heavy?

I have the same hair grade as you. I use this product on days when I want a soft, touchable, yet defined curl that holds its shape. These are the days when I don’t want to put any product in my hair like holding gels or leave-in’s. On days when I don’t have a lot of time i’ll Use this. When my hair is soaking wet, I apply this, and go. This product becomes too heavy for my hair when I attempt to combine it with leave-in, oil, and holding gel/setting spray. Then is leaves build-up and is horrible. But used on its own and it’s perfect. Hope this helps you
