It's this a good size for a razor?

Frankly, no. Unfortunately that's what I bought it for. I use DE safety razors and wanted to occasionally disinfect. This jar is sized for manicure tools.

Does it come with the actual Barbicide? Or is it juts the container? Thank you in advance

No it does not, it's painted on (and doubt if you could even scrape it off).

Is it tall enough to hold a small comb?

it would hold a mustache comb, but not a regular comb. It is only about 4" high
