Will it cut crepe paper?

yes it will, but you may have issues in having the paper ejecting from the punch due to its thin texture. i used regular scapbooking paper and found that sometimes the punch gets a little sticky. aluminum foil to sharpen the punch.

Can it also punch felt or other fabric?

I have only used it to punch paper. I do not think it is designed to punch through felt or material. However, I am very pleased with all the EK Success punches I’ve purchased and how they punch through paper/card stock.

What is the size of the largest flower?

I got this so long ago I don't even have it anymore. I believe it stopped cutting properly and I disposed of it. I personally prefer to work with small flowers so I know I considered the largest one to be too large to make a hydrangea cluster for a card. If you were doing scrapbooking or home decor it might be ok. I use die cuts instead. Sorry, hope that helps
