This is a tea that contains senna, so it basically works as a laxative. It's very effective, so plan accordingly. This brand seems to be more powerful than another brand we tried.

Do not buy this product because it is advertised as Cali Girl but it is not. The product states it is Nature's Made. I got ripped off because you can't return product.
