I am 511 145 lb medium size fits me perfect says 30 to 32 on the tag 34 also material is good for what I'm using it for for Airsoft and everything else very happy A lots of pockets and velcro the stick anything you want to it

This stuff should have better sizing options. It has military sizing in the bdu top a d bottoms but the listing on amazon only has less diverse sizing options. If you get the large option you get large - regularly size. If I could have chosen it would have been medium - long but anyway it still fits barely.
