OEM part, fit my truck perfectly, looks great.
I have a 2014 F150 XLT with the rear view camera and the camera died recently. As anyone who has had to do this before knows, the two retaining pins holding the factory emblem WILL break when you try to remove it to get to the 2 bolts holding the bezel. Had a hard time locating the correct part since this is the less common 7" emblem, but it was definitely worth it. There are "retrofits kits" that include the bezel and emblem, but are more than twice what this emblem cost and I didn't need a new bezel so I went with this one. Showed up in OE Ford packaging, snapped right into place, and is brighter than the 12 year old emblem that was on the truck previously. If you need to replace your camera, do yourself a favor and order one of these beforehand.
