Works great, but it's a little loud.
Works perfectly for what I needed it for. I put it on a gate in my fence that tends to sag a bit during the rainy months. However, it's quite loud when it rolls on the concrete. I actually like knowing when people are coming and going, so it works well for me but might be worth considering for others looking for something more quiet.
