It helped my wrist. I dont feel the strain after 3 games. Usually my wrist hurts after 3 games. It added more hook and spin on my game. I only have to practice a little more for a consistent roll on the right spot.

I have had two of these and both cracked just above the index finger knuckle. The first one was too flexible and noisy to use after it cracked. I am still using the second one. I will buy a different vendor's product after the second one gives up the ghost.

Learn to bowl without this overpriced gadget. You'll be glad you did. For me, this device proved to be a waste of money.

Awesome bowling glove. It's my second one. The first one lasted for years. Multi-adjustable, which allows you to put just the right amount of finger into the ball.
