I got this to help with electrolyte replenishment during extended fasting. With the low amount of sodium and potassium I will use the whole bottle in only two day, which is a very expensive way of doing this. It’s also poorly balanced - one serve is 3%DV potassium, 5%DV sodium and 18%DV chloride.Might work if you’re looking for a little extra, but useless if you’re trying to meet electrolyte needs while fasting.

I bought this for the first time in September and it was AMAZING. It helped me reduce the impact of the Keto Flu I had once starting my low-carb diet, it helped regulate my low-blood-pressure which affects me when I'm low on electrolytes and feeling faint, AND it even helped when I took a new medication that reacted poorly with my body and caused severe aches due to depleted magnesium and other vitamin levels (I mean it was a miracle... one minute, I'm in bed not able to move because of muscle pain, 30 minutes later I am almost 70-80% back to normal). THAT BEING SAID, I ordered my second bottle about 2 weeks ago and the taste is HORRID. I got used to the taste (salty in nature) with the first bottle, so I know what it's supposed to taste like, and this ain't it. It tastes spoiled and almost milky which is definitely not right. I am returning and re-ordering. Fingers crossed for a bottle as good as the first one. Otherwise, I may get another brand.————Update: bought another and same thing. Tastes disgusting and nothing like the first bottle I bought. Will have to switch to a different company unfortunately.

I’ve recently started a low carb diet, for the 3rd time, on the advice of my doctor. I failed the first two times within a week because I had debilitating muscle cramps in my feet, legs, shoulders, and back. Forget walking for exercise...I couldn’t even walk to the other side of the room. Docs did bloodwork but they couldn’t identify exactly what was deficient so they said just drink some broth and take otc magnesium tablets. This approach didn’t work. Drinking Powerade or Gatorade helped but I didn’t need the carbs. And alternative sweetners of any kind wreck my gut. I missed a plane once because I couldn’t walk or drive. It was a real problem. I kept thinking there must be some sort of unflavored something that could be mixed in water...just the good stuff! Searched on Amazon and lo and behold! This is the first of any product like this I’ve ever tried but so far so good. It does have a slight salty flavor but that’s ok. I find myself putting some in every time I fill up my water bottle so I don’t use as much each time. I seem to have more energy and have been going strong on the low-carb diet for three weeks now...with almost no cramping! I feel like I can start some easy workouts too. I can’t vouch for this product over another similar one yet, because I haven’t tried any other brands, but my experiences with this product have been great so far!!

Been using Lyteshow and found this product for a much better price and decided to give it a try. Basically identical so what's not to love. I bike and run typically 9 to 12 hrs./wk and living in wonderfully "warm" North Carolina sweat A LOT! Couple that with being prone to cramps in the first place, this type of product is a must for me. Very convenient to use and effective. And the bottle looks cool to boot. Thanks Flyby!
