Work in the 21st Century: An Introduction to Industrial and Organizational Psychology 5th Edition

This was an interesting read and hit some good points about organizational psychology. I read this for educational purposes and it hit the mark.

Punched for ring binder get one 2" or 3". Pages are same exact as the hardcover. Great way to buy a book cheaply since you are just going to toss it after the class is over.

Not the most compelling read. But youre not buying it because you want to. Not a fan of it being stuck in kindle, but its great as a pdf.

It’s a textbook. Glad I purchased as a Kindle book because it was way cheaper & I’m never going to use again.It does address Industrial/Occupational Psychology, but there are times it looks at topics too much from a Human Resources point of view. The I/O psychologist & an HR specialist are similar, but not the same thing.It covers a lot of history. I found it annoying that the book was heavily made up of references to other works, not original material. At times it was assumed the reader was familiar with or had previously read the referenced works, so only half of the point trying to be made was actually made.

No issues here. Good book, good service.

The book took only a week to arrive. The book I purchased was used loose leave with three whole for three ring binder. The book was torn up with some pages no longer able to attach to binder. There was writing and highlighted passages across the book. I don’t mind personally but if you do, we’ll then. Other than that it is all good.
