**Q: Is it possible to just use one spout for several containers?  I.E., take off the ordinary spout and install this one, when one wants to pour fuel?**
A: Yes, it will work with any RotopaX product.

**Q: Will this work with a sxma 2.5 gallon gas tank?**
A: Yes works with the rotopax also

**Q: Does this spout store inside the Rotopax 2 gallon can?**
A: I just bought a new Rotopax 1 gallon, and this spout is several inches too long to fit inside the can. I see some older answers say it will fit; perhaps the older cans do not have the plastic mesh filter inside the can like mine does.

**Q: will this spout fit SXMA 5g fuel container?**
A: Mine came with one.

### ⭐⭐ Don't use for gasoline Rotopax

These spouts may be marked as Rotopax but they're just your run-of-the-mill basic vented spouts. They didn't fit my 1.5 gal Rotopax. There is an insert in the pack that kind of filters and these spouts are too long. So I cut them to see how they would work... and they don't seal. The rubber gasket on these yellow spouts are slightly smaller than the no drip spouts that come with the packs. I tested them and they leaked. Since I had cut them and they ended up being useless, I threw them out. I wasted my money on this.
