No doubt the best water bottle I have used so far! I go through bottles pretty regularly and have had several Contigo bottles before. The quality and design of this is superior to the ones I have previously used. The water stays cold for a long time, even if accidentally left in the sun. The only thing to get used to is the weight - it is obviously heavier than a plastic bottle, and since it's not see through, it seems like there is plenty of water left in there when it suddenly runs out. But this is by no means a flaw, it is just something to get used to.

I have spent many hours researching travel mugs, so I could finally have a leak free hot latte every morning when I commute to work. This was the winner. With this leak free AUTO SEAL mechanism , a Mercedes of coffee mugs. It was expensive too, minimum £25 so I decided to wait an order one on AMAZON US half the price including the delivery . I even ordered extra one for my partner. While I was waiting I bought a budget HIWILL Double Walled Vacuum Insulated Travel Coffee Mug, for ten pounds. I chose the smaller size for my son and was using it while waiting for Contigo. Yes it was too small for a large latte but leak proof and hot for hours!!! When contigo 2.0 arrived it was impressive but heavy. The auto seal works well and it's easy to clean. It's bigger than Hiwill but that's what I wanted, Unfortunately coffee loose the temperature very quickly. Having been using the hiwill I could feel huge difference. No more hot coffee on my desk when I arrive to work. So disappointed....I am considering sending them back , but it will be to US ... UPDATE: After few hit and misses with latte temperature and rinsing the cup with boiling water to make it hot I have no issues with the right temperature for at least 3 hours ! A win!

Excellent product

These have become my favorite coffee travel mug in the morning. They are completely spill proof which is great when you have kids. I’m also clumsy and it’s nice not having to worry about spillage in my truck. They fit in my truck cup holders no problem. They stay warm most of the day so you don’t have to worry about your coffee getting cold. I haven’t tested the exact time but I have had warm coffee from 7:30 until well after lunch time. I really like the drink button placement and the shape of the mug. The lid is dishwasher safe and I know it says not to put the container in the dishwasher but I put it on the too rock. I imagine the only risk to using the dishwasher is the paint starting to chip off of the outside if it’s colored. I have had two of them for over 6 months and just ordered two more. Great product.

Wash up easy, even if you do it by hand.
