I know that everybody is looking for some kind of miracle to stop weight gain during the dreaded menopausal time. I don't know if this is the answer or not in regards to weight loss. For me the weight loss aspect was less important than dealing with IBS and bloating. The bloating was really becoming a problem. If I was going out I had to base my outfit on the inevitability that by the end of the evening I would be so bloated that I looked pregnant, so I needed to wear things that would camouflage that. And worse than the look of the bloating was the pain that I was in as a result. I am happy to say that I now rarely have that problem and (I won't go into too much detail about the IBS because nobody needs to hear about that horror) the IBS symptoms have almost completely stopped. My day to day life has improved GREATLY. For these 2 reasons I highly recommend you try it. Probiotics don't work for everyone and it is expensive but definitely worth a try if you are suffering .

Got this for gluteal tendinopathy. Not sure how it works to help hip pain but after trying all the traditional methods. THIS works? Hip pain has significantly to almost completely gone away. I am only taking 1 pill each per day instead of the 2 each per day (as I am sensitive to any medicines or vitamins). I will increase the amount to see if the pain goes completely away. Tried this due to other reviews and I am amazed that it has worked so well. Try it for yourself....

I can’t figure out what it was in this product but I had a very severe allergic reaction to the point where I thought I was going to have to go to urgent care. Shortly after taking I got burning sensation from head to toe & red blotches and hives all over my body. My throat & tongue swelled up, I had bad shortness of breath & nausea. It was hard to eat & swallow. I just felt horrible. My throat felt so sore & raw. I see that there are others who left reviews stating they also had allergic reactions so I’m wondering what is causing the reaction. I am surprised this type of supplement would do that. The pros is that it helped me go to the bathroom regularly when normally I seem to have problems in that department. My body having allergic reaction to these products is no fault of Better Body & just because I had an allergic reaction does not mean that everyone will. I reached out to them after 3 days of taking it (it took me process of elimination to figure out it was these products causing the reaction) and they replied right away & refund was in my account in around 3 business days & they said I can keep the product however I’ll be destroying it. I feel like it’s a shame to throw away but everyone who knows me knows the reaction it gave me so they all say they don’t want it lol. I just wanted to make people aware that it has and can cause allergic reactions however I’m not sure what the culprit ingredient is that caused it. :(

Update - Nov '23- Changed from 1 to 4 stars. Wrote a review months after the purchase and the Seller responded with a detailed explanation of why my results might have changed AND Seller refunded my purchase. Very pleased with Seller's effort to amend my experience. That alone speaks volumes regarding Seller's integrity and wanting to take care of the customer. The Provitalize and Previtalize previous formula worked really well. I’ve been taking the pills for the past 4 months. When the new formula was introduced, I expected equivalent results. Instead after about a week into the new formula (just enough time for the old formula to wear off) and all of my original symptoms returned. I continue to take the new pills in hopes of the old results. Sadly enough to say, the new formula is not working! All of my hot flashes, bloating, lack of sleep and everything else the old formula remedied, has returned. This will be my last ordered…

Although I originally purchased these to help with a little weight gain due to perimenopause (which tbh it hasn't really had much affect), I accidentally discovered that these have literally reduced my hot flashes by 99%! I had decided to stop taking them after 5 months since they had very little effect on weight loss and are rather expensive, but within 3-4 days of stopping I began having hot flashes again, and up to 30 a day! I wasn't understanding why they increased so dramatically especially since I hadn't changed anything with my diet or routine, etc. I decided to order these supplements again since that was the only thing that I had recently changed and within 3 days of taking them daily again, my hotflashes are almost non-existent! I take both the pre and probiotic every morning and if I forget or take them even a few hours later than I usually do everyday, my hot flashes return! I realize that everyone's body biology is unique and some of us have widely differing experiences with these supplements, but for me, they are a true hotflashes cure and I'm so thankful they work so well! We keep hearing that so much of our overall health is related to the gut, so I guess this is another example of how something seemingly unrelated to it is affected by doing things to improve it!

UPDATE #2: BB Company customer service was gracious and helpful with my order. They credited me within 24 hours which indicates if you do have an adverse reaction, they will make good on the order. Thank you! :) UPDATE: After 2 months of continuous use, my stomach bloated out like I'm 7 months pregnant. Also, my abdominal cavity feels like it's been rubbed with sandpaper! I've not taken anything new except for this all year. I've been off it now for over 24 hours and feel like the symptoms have abated slightly. My advice would be to exercise caution with this product...it is pre and probiotics on steroids! I reached out to their customer service line this morning to see if they can at least "make good" on my last set. Hello! I'm reserving a 5-star review until I've taken this a few more weeks but for now...WOW. But I digress. Last week I did a significant amout of housework/spring cleaning. To say my right hip was on fire with pain shooting down my shin is an understatement! I've been researching supplements for my hip pain (estrogen related) and also weight gain around my midsection that I've never experienced until my 60's. I'm fit and people generally guess me to be in my early 50's, but guess time has caught up. Out of despiration, I order both the pro and prebiotics in this supplement and prayed for the best. I also saw a review where another customer had tried many other therapies and I was about ready to jump on that bandwagon! Anyway, I've started out with a half dose as recommended by the website and man....it seems to already be working. Honest to God, the pain of just getting up after sitting for more than 10-15 minutes was intense. Obviously, the jury is still out on my waistline but while the hip pain is still "there" it's greatly reduced. If this keeps going, you have a customer...for LIFE!
