Does this fit my 2001 Chevy Silverado standard cab

Yes they will. You will need different fasteners. I used #12 x 11" self drilling. I also used "Boom Mat" foam surrounds. I highly recommend them, the combination will give sound quality that would rival anything on the market.

Do these come with the skar warranty. I know my subs came with 2 years factory warranty does it apply in this case?

Mine came with warranty information. They seem to be good on their warranty

Is there a 2ohm version of this speaker on amazon?

I don't know, but you can go up or down 1or2 ohms and be fine
