It dose not run if you get caught in the rain. I have gotten caught in the rain and I sweet a lot and it has not run.

It is definitely medium brown. It would be great on beards! Just make sure to coat several times.

Q: can this be applied to wet hair? If so, will it still last through 3 shampoos?

You can put it on wet hair, but It doesn't last through shampooing at all. It's more like a mascara to temporarily cover grey. It washes out. But I like it because it doesn't smear onto my pillow in between shampoos, and it doesn't get on my skin like some of the spray-ons do.
