And excellent taste, too. This is my 2nd sampling of Lam's fragrances and I love Silent St as much as Something Wild. Silent St is a beautifully soft floral with powdery notes, perfect for spring, summer and year round. I can't speak for longevity as I just opened it, but I am enjoying every whiff so far. I'd say this scent is highly giftable- especially for women who are looking for something feminine but not too "girly" and not gourmand or fruity. Lovely scent! This will fill the bill for daytime warm weather for me. Next is warm weather nighttime... Perhaps Blackout or 2 a.m. Kiss. Derek Lam has me hooked. I may sound like one, but I am not a paid spokesperson.

I've purchased this scent before and absolutely love it because I can use it all year - it isn't too heavy for winter and light for summer months. The size and price were ideal.

I don't care for it. It almost smells like a masculine scent. It has a slight woody smell. Certainly not a bright smell. It's actually kind of heavy. It reminds me of something my grandmother would have worn in the 80's. I was hoping for a light sunny scent with spice. I seem to be picking up notes similar to White Shoulders :( which I never cared for. I am disappointed. Will prob give away because I don't want to smell this all day. I will not be wearing this. I am a bright, happy, easy going person and this does not match me.

Amazing smell but the pump part of the sprayer broke off....the internal spray mechanism sunk down in the bottle and now it wont spray

Absolutely love this scent. It is light but long lasting scent for a body spray. Great for touch ups & if I am leaving the gym or after work refresh. Also, keep in mind this a body spray & not a perfume/parfum. It is NOT design to last all day.
