Great idea, a bit small for my liking. First few days I had a knee ache from it, but that’s cause I want use to it.Mainly got it for the cooling gel, but that’s also too small.Still use it daily (or nightly), it does help my back and hips a bit as well. It does. Good job on alignment as my lower back, hips don’t hurt as much when I get out of bed.I got it as an accessory, now about to get a mattress topper and see how they work together.Not money wasted, but just wished it was a bit larger and more cooling gel to help.
