This book is alright. I bought it to prepare for a law school class on asset and share purchases. It provides a general overview of issues faced in corporate/commercial purchase and sale transactions. I appreciate the book's attention to some practical aspects of M&A such as letters of intent and due diligence. Of course, this area of law is quite complex and it is hard to fit enough information within so few pages. Its a light and introductory digest to this area of law.

Perfect to complete law studies related to M&A contract and negotiation.Very practical and many figures to help to understand and remember.I will keep using it even as a professional.

This book provides with a very good idea about M&A. Cases and valuable info is given so that you can understand the methodology. Worth it!
