Love the look but isn’t the best
The media could not be loaded. The first one I bought stopped working after a couple hours, not sure why but I think moisture got into the gap on the lid.I got a replacement and tried to seal the gap with some silicone. I haven’t had issues yet and it’s been almost a month. I keep it plugged so I’m not sure how long the charge lasts.As you can see in the video sometimes the sensor is activated. Not sure why but it doesn’t happen often but it’s also easy to clean. (Have to remember to turn it off before wiping it) I have kids so i like that it’s really easy to clean. The soap consistency I think is a bit watery.I want to like it more but unfortunately there are these things

Nice but dispenses only very small portions
Nice design and all but it dispenses an incredibly small amount of soap, soy you have to stick your hand under it like 5 times to get enough to wash with. There does not appear to be any way to adjust this (at least nothing mentioned in the instructions).

One month, it worked for one month
It worked for One month, only. Let me say first, it wasn't misused, abused or messed with. Went to use it today and I noticed a nasty mustard color liquid seeping from the inside. On further inspection it took about 30 minutes by cleaning with clear water while the lid was completely intact. Then of course, after cleaning it no longer worked.BTW I'm old, live alone, and am the only one using this dispenser.

Poor sensor
The media could not be loaded. The sensor is extremely poor. It keeps releasing soap without putting my hand under that: you can see in 24 seconds it ejected soap 3 times without stimulation. Pradyot failed within 30 days of purchase and use. Zero quality. Don’t waste your money

Great design, no functionality
Very nice and beautiful design. Bot doesn't work well. I leaks over night even the power is shut down. This was for the replacement of the first one that didn't even work

Stopped working after less than a month.
I loved this product at first. However, after less than a month, it started to constantly beep. I could not turn it on or off. It would keep beeping until it ran out of battery.

Sad
I bought the soap dispenser because I like the look of it, however, it is a very poor soap dispenser. Sometimes it only dispensers one little drop of soap, other times it dispenses a handful of soap. It is not very good at creating form, sometimes it would be great, other times it will be almost liquid. The motion detection on it is very poor. Sometimes there will be soap left over on the nozzle, and the IR sensor picks that up and dispenses again, creating an infinite soap loop. I really wanted this one to work because I love the look of it, but it doesn’t. After six months it completely stopped working. It would pump, but little to nothing would come out. I charged it overnight, about 12 hours. And still the same. Nothing. My return window ended long ago, so I can no longer return this, this is why I’m making this review. Stay away from the soap dispenser, unless you only like having it work 70% of the time for 6 months.

Sensor Stopped working
The media could not be loaded. This is the worst foam dispenser i have. Sensor broke in 2 months. It wasnt a cheap buy. Very disappointing 😕
