The power button seems.to be delicate. It starts to fall off last month and today its totally broken and it wont turn on already. But its really a good quality sounding earphones.

Tiene u a buena calidad de sonido, algo de esperarse de la marca. Son bastante ergonómicos. Se puede hacer ejercicio con ellos (ejercicio muy dinamico no) la batería dura un tiempo considerable. El único tema es que al menos a los míos, les cuesta mucho ser detectados cuando se buscan mediante Bluetooth. Una vez vinculados se conectan rapidísimo cada que pendes el Bluetooth.También me gustó que el cable de los auriculares es plano y no cilíndrico, eso ayuda mucho a que no enreden y tiene una mayor duración el alambrado interno.

I use these exclusively for sports with helmets. Skiing, mountain biking, bouldering, and around the jobsite. I will inevitably leave them in the snow, saw dust pile, or cascade off a cliff with these on. They survive just as long as anything that's up to 10x the price. I bought the second edition and I disliked the fit and came right back to these. I will likely just buy 4 pair next time to last me until I'm too brittle to continue extreme sports.

So much to say for just one product! First off, buy these, they are great.Now let me break it all down-Many negative reviews state issue like:-Low battery life-Poorly Designed Button Layout-Neck Piece Design Enables Them To Slide Down Constantly-Difficulty Trying To Pair To Device-Low Battery Warning Is Too Frequent/Annoying-Instructions Are Hard To FollowSo, let me explain my experience with this product- I’ll start by saying that this is my third pair of these exact BT earbuds, along with buying these two separate times as a gift, and I would not continue purchasing an item that had some serious flaws. I originally had the white pair (which I regretted getting them in white after like two days lols!) they show an incredible amount of dirt/wear almost immediately and effectively get ‘stained’ because even after cleaning them they remained dirty looking- fast forward to an irresponsible me- leaving said headphones on couch where adorable dog chewed them to shreds, I had to replace them! I (obviously) went with the same headphones in Black that time around and was so happy I did! The advertised battery life for these guys is 6 hours. 6 whole hours, not 8-not 12...6 HOURS- and you know what? They last me pretty consistently about 6 hours assuming I have my tunes cranked up pretty loud. If I spend most of the time with the tunes pretty low, like let’s say 4/10 on the volume scale, they have lasted me closer to 7+1/2 hours. Quite a few reviews complaining that they only last about 6hours....that is what they are made to do...so.....what?The neck band that goes on the back of your neck is designed to release the wired part if it is not preferred, and I seriously question how many people have figured that out based on complaints about the neck band itself. If you don’t like this feature they literally made it a thing that can be removed- so I have included pictures of instructions along with actual pictures of mine where I have removed said piece for everyone to see how to do it. Hopefully that fixes this issue for many users. I am also including pictures of the written instructions in 3 different languages because there have been complaints that the skullcandy website does not give detailed instructions for this product (which they in fact, do..ehem: https://www.skullcandy.com/content/smokin-buds-2-wireless-setup-instructions.pdf) but I will provide pics anyways. The instructions for these guys are fairly simple to me, I have in fact joked about how these BT earbuds are quite ‘idiot proof’ when I let my 6 year old niece use them for her tablet. Turn on your devices Bluetooth (phone/tablet/etc)- then on the earbuds- that button in the middle, you hold that down for about 5-10 seconds to make the earbuds “discoverable” and bam, you’re paired and ready to, quite literally- rock.In my experience with these I find that when I get the low battery warning (a beeping at whatever volume you have them set to) I usually ignore the first one/two warnings then plug them in, if you ignore the warning beeps long enough they turn from 2 beeps to 4 to 6 more frequently and then finally die. They take longer to charge when you allow them to discharge completely, so I like to pug them in as soon as I get that first or second warning, seems to charge a bit faster that way and last just as long as if I had let them discharge fully. I usually leave them plugged in for about 45 mins- 1 hour and they are good to go for another 6 hours. I hope this review has been useful for many future/current owners of these BT earbuds. I love this product and believe in the skullcandy product lines so much. This is probably the longest and most in depth review I have ever written because I love this brand so much. I remember being like 16 years old and not being able to afford the fancy top of the line headphones/earbuds and when I discovered skullcandy, they had and have continued to have amazing quality that is affordable and it’s very much appreciated. I have owned similar quality BT earbuds that cost me $80-$125 and for what? These are just as good quality for about $40 USA. If you value your money, time, and appreciate good quality products then these are for you.
