I ordered this product 4 times and got the original actual pillow the first time ONLY. the other 3 times I received something else everytime. its a fraud.

Excellent material + adjustable

I like a fairly firm pillow that does not compress under the weight of my head and neck. When I first felt it with my hands I wondered if it was too compressible but after lying on it I really like the feel. I am a back sleeper and I use the thicker end. I may take out a 1 in insert to make it a little shorter then the 6.5 ". I won't buy one thinner then 4.5" at the thick end, with compression this is about 5". I buy lots of pillows as I have neck issues...so far this is one of the best!

So far this is great product…my husband has neck and shoulder problems so in time we will know if it helps him..well I needed to remove some particle inside to lower it to half the size for me I found it to high, cause I sleep on my tummy…if you don’t like height of it remove some particle to suit your needs…it’s that easy…not everybody neck and head are the same…so far so good

Ability to adjust pillow height is a very good feature. Foam density is unique.I’ve chosen this pillow to replace a similarly profiled foam pillow that I’ve slept on for a few years now, as I could find a suitable replacement for it. Until now I’m hoping .

Love the firmness and how it forms your neck. I was always getting sore necks from other pillows. It is a great product for side or back sleepers.

After removing ALOT of the fill from these pillows, they are still waaaay too firm. We can only use the corners of the pillows to sleep on. Very disappointing for the price point.
