It states no dairy or gluten. It is a very good digestive supplement.

There is "plant cellulose" but no magnesium stearate. Hope this helps!

We have removed those ingredients a few years ago and now just use a small amount of rice bran, a very clean ingredient necessary to help the product go into capsule correctly. Thanks, MRM

Q: Anyone ever have stomach aches and diarrhea from taking this product?

These digestive enzymes have been the most gentle on my stomach compared to most other enzymes out on the market. I realized that ox bile, that is put in other digestive enzyme products on the market, is pretty harsh on my gut causing me to get acid reflux and I end up taking a couple Tums.
