LEM Products 468A Double Jerky Nozzle for Jerky Cannon, Silver

I really can make jerky strips twice as fast. Takes more effort to do it well but this was a great investment. Love the LEM gun and this nozzle works great. A note of caution is to make sure you clean it thoroughly when completed...its easy to overlook the internal crevices.

This product works very well to make quick work out of creating jerky strips from seasoned hamburger. The kids really enjoy healthy meat snacks that are easy to make. My son who can be a picky eater won't leave them alone. The jerky cannon and the jerky nozzle are well made and do the job.

Difficult to clean..you cannot sep the metal from the plastic. Lots of meat gets caught around and under the metal. Shoots meat out nicely

Works well. Distributs 2 even rows as it should. The only down side is see is not that of the product but that of the meat you use. If you use ground meat that contains high amounts of connective tissue it does seem to get hung up in the middle. Overall would buy again it's constructed well.

I can say first hand that this nozzle is a time saver. Row after row on the cookie sheet and in short time you are done. I recommend this item if you want to shorten your preparation time. Gives you more time to eat the jerky. Great idea!
