I rarely write reviews but I had to for this pillow. It’s unbelievable how a simple pillow could solve neck and shoulders pain of more than a year. I tried all sorts of physiotherapy but nothing was working until I just started to use this pillow. My shoulder pain is going away. My neck doesn’t feel stiff anymore and surprisingly quality of sleep improved. Can’t recommend this enough. I’ve ordered king size one and used the whole extra fillings which comes with the pillow and then magic happened. To the manufacturer of this magical pillow: dude. You saved me. 🥹

I recently received my Coop pillow, and honestly, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. It’s a big improvement compared to the version I tried three years ago, which was much firmer. The new one gives that luxurious, hotel-like pillow experience. However, since I’m a side sleeper, I find the filling a bit lacking. The pillow comes with a small supplemental pouch, which I added entirely into the pillow, yet I still feel it needs more support. This is actually the third pillow I’ve ordered from Coop, and for the first time, I noticed that the supplemental filling is less than before. On the bright side, the quality of the filling itself is definitely much better than previous versions. But for someone like me who needs extra loft and support, it still doesn’t fully meet my needs. Overall, I’m a bit hesitant to recommend it, and I’m unsure if I’d repurchase it myself.

At start, height was very good. Now after 1 and half month it went down (used all extra stuffing). Not worth the very high price for what i got..

The main reason for my purchase was the promising review for cervical stenosis and neck pain relief. But my experience was really disappointing. I woke up in the morning with same neck sore and pain. No help at all. I am returning this back

Really soft shredded foam that moulds to head, neck and shoulders. Adjustable height. I removed about a third of the pile. I’ve tried a lot of memory foam and other pillows as I have a chronic neck problem. This is the best pillow I’ve tried and has helped me recover from tight knotted muscles to feeling Ok. Queen size is a bit bigger than standard UK pillow and needs a slightly bigger pillow case, Amazon have them of course ! I have one in silk for the ultimate in luxury !

I've always struggled to find a pillow that stays supportive through a full night's sleep, especially as a side sleeper who tosses between positions. Most pillows either start out too firm and give me neck stiffness, or they flatten out by two in the morning and leave me sleeping on what feels like a pancake. This Coop Eden pillow finally fixed that by actually letting me control the fill level myself, and it's genuinely changed how I sleep. The build quality is immediately noticeable when you pick it up. It's got real heft to it right out of the packaging, and the outer case has a smooth, slightly cool feel to the touch that matches the cooling claims in the listing. The quilted diamond pattern on the cover looks premium rather than generic, and the stitching along the edges is even and tight, no loose threads or weak points that make me worry about the fill escaping over time. The gusseted design gives it a more structured, boxy shape compared to a standard flat pillow, and that edge support has made a real difference keeping the pillow's shape consistent through the night rather than collapsing in the middle. The adjustability feature is genuinely the standout here, and it took me all of five minutes to figure out how to use it. There's a zipper access point where you can open the case and physically remove or add back in the memory foam and microfiber blend fill, letting you dial in exactly the firmness and loft you personally want. I started with the pillow at its full fill level and found it a little too high for how I sleep, so I removed a modest handful of the fill, zipped it back up, and immediately noticed the difference the very same night. Being able to make that adjustment myself rather than being stuck with whatever firmness the manufacturer decided on has been the single biggest improvement over every other pillow I've tried. Sleeping position versatility has held up well since adjusting the fill. This has been a genuinely worthwhile investment for anyone who struggles to find the right pillow firmness or deals with waking up overheated during the night. The adjustable fill feature alone sets it apart from standard pillows where you're stuck with whatever loft the manufacturer chose, and being able to fine-tune it to my exact preference has solved a sleep problem I'd been dealing with for years across multiple pillow replacements.
