If the bottle is damaged, are there returns? Seems like a shady seller.

At any given time there can be resellers of any item on Amazon. Trigg Laboratories are the only authorized seller of Wet lubricants on any eCommerce platform. By way of Amazon Policy enforced on sellers, all sexual wellness products are restricted from accepting returns due to the nature of the product. This is found in Amazon Return policies, the category of products as a whole are not available for returns and are not seller specific, however, replacements and refunds are always available to consumers. At any given moment you are able to reach out to the seller to mitigate any issue. We fulfill our product directly through Amazon and our manufacturing facility, if there is an issue with how the product arrives we are here to ensure we fix any handling mishaps.

How tall is the container?

8-10 inches tall. It comes with a pump top and a flip top. It is too big to take on trips. I filled a smaller container we had for trips. There is enough lube to last a long time.

Not at all discreet
