PROs: - bag - cap is also a cup, and stands still, no rocking, stable CONs: - water was kept cold around 1 day, could have been more for sure - the mouth piece to drink from is not convenient and you keeps having water spills on yourself, so you end up pouring water into the cup each time

I am writing to express my disappointment with the thermos I purchased from your site. I had high expectations from this product as I wanted to maintain the temperature of my beverages for long hours, but it has failed to meet my expectations. Within a month of usage, the thermos stopped working properly. While initially, it was able to maintain the hotness of the water for a few hours, for the last four weeks, it has been working like a normal water bottle and does not maintain the temperature for hardly a hour. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product, and I believe that it does not meet the standard. I urge you to look into this matter and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a replacement or refund for the faulty thermos. I hope that you will take immediate action to resolve this issue and restore my faith in your brand

I have used many thermos for carrying tea for my office but there is always an issue. This thermos has all the attributes it is supposed to like keeping my tea hot for a long time like more than 5 hours or more (if I do not open it). It never spill single drop while carrying. It is best to use your own disposable glass or tea cup because once you use its cup, you do not want to use it again unless wash it.

I bought this product on oct 6. First it worked very well. The water stays hot for almost 15-20 hours. But now after 2 months the bottle is getting heated from outside and water becomes normal only after 2-3 hours

The bottle has stopped keeping warm after using for 10 days. Very poor quality.
