pretty good, thickness is thinner than i thought, resistance is weaker than i thought for the beginner stuff, very portable but very long, stability is meh.

I had resistance bands from PT that I used regularly for a long time, but started breaking, so I ordered a set. These are the same brand as PT gave me and they are perfect! Definitely recommend.

Got these to replace worn ones I got from the PT. They are good and last a long time. Its the brand the PT uses.

Bands provide much less resistance than other Theraband products that I had purchased. Blue is too fragile and may last only a couple of months. Black band has less resistance than I expected. Silver band has good resistance but a different texture.Recommendation: just buy either the black band (and double it up for increased resistance) or buy the silver.

These are great quality and don't leave a nasty latex smell on your hands.
