Q: Is this moisture proof?

The lids seem to be nice and snug, and won’t open if you drop the unit, but I haven’t dropped it in the sink. A splash would probably be okay.

Hello, Great Question. The lid material is Silicone, so you can mark on it, and remove the markings as necessary. Also note, that the lids are designed to be finger flip open, so it's very easy to access and the containers are designed to easily remove pills.

Q: Can you just order the plastic pill holder case-not the outer cover? My plastic case broke.

Doubtful. Just order the whole thing. The holder would be hard to find.
