The glass material used in this item is not safe.. the attaching process is not good

The glass glue came out and fell down on floor injured my foot
Not recommended, too risky. The glue to glass is not strong , it was loose or came out and today while having bath, when I put a soap suddenly the glass fell down, broken into many pieces and injured my foot. This is just 3 day of my usage.I have one more in another bathroom fixed but haven't used so far.
