*Edit: I contacted the company to tell them the keyboard stopped working, and they sent me a replacement. It's been working for a few months now, so I am glad. Customer service was responsive and easy to get the faulty keyboard replaced. Again, I appreciate the silicone cover as I am often eating lunch at my desk. It has come in handy a few times to keep it clean and safe. Love it's size and how quiet it is to type on. The charge on the keyboard can last a few months with casual use. Hope it lasts forever.This is a pretty nice looking keyboard. The sound of keys clicking drives me wild, like nails on a chalk board, so I appreciate how quite this keyboard is. It's super light, the mouse works great, and the key cover is super handy for keeping it clean and reducing noise even more. However, a month in and I can't get it to work any more. I've charged it, tried un-pairing and re-pairing, tried uninstalling it, tried looking for driver updates, and every now and then I get partial use of the keyboard, but it's pretty useless now. *got it replaced

I feel like people submit reviews within a couple months of purchase, while the product still works well, hence the 4+ star average. However, I find that this product doesn’t last long. After 18 months of daily use, the keyboard stopped working. First it produces random letters, then a combination of letters when pressed only one key, then nothing at all. I’ve reached out to customer service, and while they are responsive, they couldn’t offer further help because it’s out of warranty. So I guess don’t expect your product to last longer than the warranty period.

The keyboard is sleek and made well. The keys are effortless to type. The mouse is standard. The design is ergonomic for the most part. The keyboard lays so flush to the surface that a wrist guard is somewhat hard to function properly due to the clearance. Unfortunately, the keyboard won’t hold its signal to the USB. It turns on and a second later shuts off. The trouble shooting guide did not correct the program. Will reach out directly for warranty info and adjust accordingly…UPDATE - The seller was extremely attentive and had me do some trouble shooting. This did not work as planned and a replacement product was immediately shipped. Quality customer care. Changed to 5 stars because the product has some minor flaws in the design, though this is the kind of support that deserves a great rating.

I have limited space for keyboard and mouse at one of the PCs in my office. I purchased this keyboard and mouse for that PC. I liked it so much that I ordered another to replace my full size Logitech wireless keyboard that I use all day at my desk. The keyboard and number pad are full size so there was no adjustment factor between the two. Only the middle section of keys between the keyboard and number pad has been removed and those keys have all been relocated to other spots.I had a bit of trouble finding the insert key. It is the secondary function of the 0 key on the number pad. I also had trouble finding "Print Screen" which is F12.I have been using this keyboard/mouse for several weeks and have not needed to charge it. I thought it odd that the mouse takes batteries (AAA). This combo does not come with Batteries. It only has a charging cord for the keyboard, no block. I almost took a star off for that but I keep AAAs around and have a 2 slot charging block for my phone & tablet. Everything else about the keyboard/mouse is great so it retained 5 stars.Also, there are lights for when you Power On, Function Key Lock, Num Lock, Alpha Lock & Charging. I'm usually happy just to find Num Lock and Alpha Lock.I was also surprised to find a keyboard skin included in the box. This is the best skin I have ever seen. It fits the keys absolutely perfectly. If you like using a keyboard with a skin or have a dirty environment, this is the keyboard for you.I highly recommend this keyboard. I have it running on Win10 and Win11.
