Are these pants big & tall???

No. If you're a shorter guy, like under 6 feet, they'll probably be OK. I only wear them in the house. I'm 6'4" and they're ankle length. Seem to be about a 32" inseam. So if you're at home, it's OK but you don't want to go out in the street unless you're wearing high tops because your pants are going to be too short.

Do these have a draw string?

I bought just one to see if I'd like it first, guess the quality control guy skipped mine, the draw string is in the back, so what's the point of a draw string if in the back, I'd like to think this was just a mess up and they don't all come this way...
