How long are these going to last if they close like a ziplock bag?

Stasher should outlive you. Some cheap ones will last longer than a ziplock but they can’t be used in heat.

How hard do you have to push to close the bags? I have arthritis, so it's difficult for me.

My hands are sore too but they go together easily and stay closed.
