Decent and affordable
I bought two of these recently after my wife and I took a first aid and CPR class. We each keep one in our vehicles since the times we are somewhere away from our vehicle is rare. I had always wanted one, but didn't feel like it was worthwhile when I wasn't sure how best to use the things inside. The first aid and CPR class gave me enough knowledge to feel more confident in my ability to use one should the need arise. I did buy a tourniquet to add to them as I felt this was an important piece of equipment missing from the first aid kit. I'm glad it is a molle bag, as I can easily attach this to other molle systems and vice versa as needed. There is a good selection of things included (wipes of several types, bandages, gauze, medical scissors, etc.), although I made sure to go through, pull everything out, and reorganize the bag in a way that made sense to me. The only drawback is that I wish it had a velcro plate. If it is mounted to a molle system, and you needed the kit. You would have to take the time to un-mount it, or keep whatever it is mounted to with the kit. For example: If I have it attached to a molle car organizer, I need to bring the victim to my truck, unmount the kit to bring it to the victim, or disassemble the entire organizer to bring it with the kit to the victim. None of these are good options. However, this drawback is no fault of the product itself, so I'm not taking away any points for that. That and the tourniquet are things you should think about before purchase.

Perfect small first aid kit!
Great for ski patrol shifts, attaches well to the front of my chest pack, easy to use and organize supplies. No issues even out in winter conditions

Not quite the real thing.
Single stitching is very weak. Scissors are not trauma rated. Internally lacks pockets to optimize space. This is a only a level one aid kit, not a trauma kit. Looks good but not the real thing but works if you want a cheap first aid kit.

Perfect setup.
This is the ideal grab and go kit. Not too big, but enough to be of value with most injuries in the field. I did add some moleskin pads and a few medications, and there was space for those items without overcrowding. The pouch is durable and folds out nicely. I had been frustrated trying to find a lightweight kit for my pack that could actually be useful in the field for more than a paper cut, so I was very pleased to find this kit. The designers obviously thought possible scenarios through and if I were to guess, have some experience with providing first aid in the outdoors. Excellent product!

Good first aid for car
Works good.. only thing I didn’t like is that it wasn’t a quick release, so I took my old bag that is a rip away bag and loaded it in there and it all fits
