Rockridge Press Ivf Meal Plan: Maximize Your Chances of Ivf Success Through Diet

Easy to follow, takes out the guesswork
This book takes some time to dive into, planning the week, double checking the groceries, I would say about 1/2-1 hr of planning. It is a lot more food than I’m used to, so that’s probably a good thing. I really like how the meals are practical, where you can have leftovers for lunch and a pretty thoughtful plan.I’m used to meal prepping for the week, and this isn’t created for that, so it was a little bit for me to get used to. It’s nice to make the meals fresh, but for others with busier schedules it may be difficult to stick to.Meals are pretty basic and easy to make. My grocery bill was $120 for the first week, but I already own a lot of the ingredients listed, so it could be different for those not used to cooking. From an IVF standpoint, my egg quality/quantity is good to start with, I have tubal infertility from 2 previous ectopics. I’m hoping this plan just helps me prep for my egg retrieval and have the best chances for success. Good luck to all of you on similar journeys.

Espectacular
Super fácil de leer, muy informativo, te da información de cada cosa, además de un shopping list semanal para que haga la compra para el plan de comidas que te lo desglosa por semana, desayuno, almuerzo y cena, y snacks recomendados y te da la receta de cada comida. Me gustó mucho
