As a US size 16, I was pleasantly surprised that that the XXL fit me with room, as most things on here labeled as XXL are in China’s sizing. Stretchy and airy, the right color, and does what I need it to. Prefect for the summer wedding I purchased it for. Attached is the slip, and the dress I bought it for, no see-through peeps here!

I ordered this because I wanted a longer and non-silky spaghetti strap nightgown to wear around the house. I have an 8 year old and don't want to wear something flimsy or inappropriate but I am also only 46 and my boobs aren't to the ground yet so I also like to go braless (if tasteful) whenever possible at night. I read all the reviews and knew it may be either too tight or too loose. I was looking for something in between and this ended up being perfect!I am 5' 6", 165 lbs and a 36DDD. I ordered the Large in Black. It has a soft t-shirt feel to it which I love! I got home last night, immediately "freed my girls" after a 10 hour day at work and tried on the slip/gown. It is not flimsy or see through and fit perfectly. It's somewhere between "Gross mom...you're not 25 anymore and that's too tight" and "Gross mom...you look like your 85 and wearing a muu muu". My boyfriend didn't jump my bones but my kiddo didn't throw up either so I'd say it's a win!!!I will be buying more in different colors

It will work for its intended purpose. It does have adjustable straps, which are not represented in the advertiser's pictures (except on the other colors) or mentioned anywhere in the ad. Thankfully, I saw another buyer's pictures and read recent reviews that mentioned the adjustable straps that I wanted. I can only guess that the ones stating theirs did not have adjustable straps received an older/different version. The metal straps appear to be coated brass, so they should be just fine and not rust. They seem sturdy and durable. The way the tag is sewn in the back will prevent me from being able to wear this with the straight neckline in front. The tag is black and heavily sewn in so it would show if left in and any attempts to remove it would leave noticeable damage. The fit: Because of my build, I am use to having difficulty with one piece garments. I'm 5'6" and weigh 170lbs. I'm top heavy in that I wear size 12 jeans but a 38 DD or E bra so I usually need a 16 or 18 top. Going by this garment's size chart, I ordered the XXL and it was still a bit snug. The lay flat measurement of mine was 39 inches at the chest and 33 inches in length from the center of the V to the hem. With the straps set at a modest height, it hits me right in the middle of my knees and doesn't feel like it will creep or cling. I was curious how the material of this garment would feel and appear. Was it going to be cotton-like matte or slinky satin? Well, a bit of both but it's not actually cotton and it's definitely not a satin feel or appearance either. Viscose is hard to describe but imagine cotton and silk had a baby. It definitely leans more toward a super soft cotton feel with just a hint of a sheen to it and has a fair amount of stretch. It's quite light weight, great for summer dresses so I can't imagine it making anything you wear any hotter. I also have a sweater dress that this will be perfect for wearing under when the weather gets colder.

I’m in love with this! I bought it to use as a slip and I’ve been living in it since it arrived.It’s so soft and comfy. It doesn’t seem to attract static like silky slips. I generally hate slips, they remind me of middle school and static and holly hobby dresses, but I have a few very sheer dresses that made it mandatory that I have something under them so I bought this reluctantly. It doesn’t move up and down my hips or legs like some slips but stays smooth and doesn’t get in the way of my dresses.Don’t tell anyone but I’ve been sleeping in it too. It’s just great in every way. I started with the nude color which I received quickly but I’ve already ordered the black (which has an insane delay in shipping - but I knew that up front and was willing to wait because of how much I love the nude). I’m going to order a few more. Honestly, it’s so inexpensive but it feels luxurious on.I wish I could live in it. It’s really quickly become one of my favorite things.

I normally wear large or 10-12, but ordered xl because i wanted to wear it underneath sheer dresses, and prefer being comfortable. I am glad i ordered xl. The fit is right (roomy yet not boxy, comfy and around knee length(i am 5'4)). The fit is like you are moderately revealing your shape even if wear it as night party dress. It is not thick to ruin your body line when being underneath your dress, but also not too thin to see through. It is very soft material too. For you who want to look sexy, you may go with your normal size or a size down.

FINALLY!!!!!! Just what the doctor ordered' Being ap!us size menopausal woman I have been looking for a cotton slip for summers for at least 2 years. Could not find just cotton but found this cotton blend. It is amazing, it breathes it has just enough stretch and the price was better than some nylon slips. I Am going to order one in black too.

So comfortable and great fit. I plan to get one in black and skin tone as soon as stock allows. I wear it under sheer dresses and skirts and they hang beautifully. The breathable fabric is practical and sexy...who’d thought!

Feels nice and soft against the skin. I needed something comfy but still feminine looking. Happy with this nighty. I am 5'9 160lb and medium is perfect.

This is a light cotton slip/nightgown. I use it as a nightgown. It is not too thin or short. I am 5’6” and I falls just above my knees, which is a nice length for sleeping. Comfortable and flattering!

I found it too long and too tight. I'm 5'3" and bought according to the size chart. It has no shine.
