Good question, Janel! There is not a fee for the Circle device. Buy it and you're good to go with manage your Wi-Fi network at home. But if you'd like to manage phones or tablets outside your home there is our subscription service Circle Go. Can this limit a child's netflix time?  we use a roku for netflix.

That said, if multiple folks use Netflix on Roku, it's considered a shared device, so it will be harder to manage the appropriate time for your child.
