Great tasting. Texture blends well in water. Quality ingredients. Can't say I've noticed much difference in sleep, but it is calming.

So far it's not so bad. While the taste isn't the greatest in water itself. It's not so bad, I think it's more the smell that gets to me if anything. But when it's in yogurt especially plain yogurt it adds a subtle sweetness to it and the smell isn't there. I haven't tried it in juice yet. But I'm sure in a smoothie it would be okay.

This is the best company with the best supplement powers and protein powders. I definitely recommended it as it helps with stress and helps your body relax . Great value for money .

Took a chance on this, and take it every night and daily if I feel I need it. It works quickly and has a very calming stabilizing effect. So happy I found this product. Mourning and in grief, it has helped me through the rough patches. The ingredients work, plain and simple. I combine this with 5 htp, ImflamaCORE, and reacted Calcium and it seems to be the correct holistic cocktail for me right now. Could not get through a day without this product. Really feel the difference when I do not take it.Truly amazing! I stumbled upon this product and now swear by it.

I wanted to try adaptogens and tried a few samples with varied results- decent cocoa, coffee that I took a sip of and poured out, mushroom elixir that made me dry heave. I took a gamble on this and was really happy I did. The taste is on the subtle side, but it has none of the earthy, dirty taste of the other mixes I couldn't handle. I thought it would be a nice night time treat to unwind, but I now drink it every morning before leaving for work and find myself a lot less stressed during the commute and in a better mood starting my day.

My first impression of this is yuck, and it doesn't work like I had hoped. There definitely is an effect. My toes got a little tingly and I definitely felt something, but it wasn't the same calm content that I have had with ashwagandha products in the past. Then, I was up until after 1 AM. I will probably try this again on a weekend when I don't have to worry about waking up at my usual 5 AM. Flavor-wise, I would call it tolerable. If it worked well, I wouldn't complain, but it's definitely not enjoyable for me. When I do give it another chance, I will water it down more. Until then, it's sitting on a shelf close to the garbage can. I wanted to love this, but so far, I really can't!
