This is described as bl and your add says 120/240 but siemens catalong says bl is 240 only and blh is 120/240 can you confirm your add?

The designation is not optimum it should say 240v maximum. Actually, if the breaker is used on 208v 3phase 4wire system as a 208volt or on a 240v 1phase 3 wire system as a 240v. The breaker is not used on a 120volt one pole application. If you have a 240v 3phase 4 wire system then a B250R breaker is required and is used as a 240v breaker requiring 240v 2 pole with a high leg component

Warranty Description	Siemens strongly recommends against the use of "used" breakers. The installation of used breakers in a Siemens panel will void the warranty on the panel. Siemens does not sell used breakers and has not approved any 3rd party sellers to do so.

Bolt on are not all the same.

It seems that not all bolt on breakers are the same. When I went to bolt breaker on the metal part was to extended or longer than my old breaker. It seems each company makes breakers differently.
